Are your products handmade?

• Yes!! We make everything by hand from their heads to their toes

How long does shipping take?

• Unless it's a custom order: You'll have your package out to you in 2-3 weeks 

It's been 3 weeks. Where is my package?

• If you have not received your package in the 3 week period, contact us with your name and order number and we'll make sure to get back to you with an update! 

When do you come out with new ghouls?

• Everything is handmade so it takes us a bit to catch up with everything.... so whenever we have a chance. BUT! If you really want something specific then you can always contact us to make you a Custom Order!

Do you make custom orders?

• Definitely! It's how we got started! 

What's the difference between your Ghouls and your Mini Slashers?

• SIZE! Our Ghouls range from 12'' to 14'' inches while our Mini Slashers are about 3'' tall.

Do you ship World Wide?

• Unfortunately not. We wouldn't be able to keep up with the demand if we did so.

How much are they?

• Our products range from $15-$80

Do you sell on Etsy?
